Cairo, an 18-year-old literature student, is tasked by her professor, Jonathan Miller, to write a story in the style of her favorite author. As they work together, their relationship becomes increasingly complicated, blurring personal and professional boundaries. Miller begins to fear that his career and life could be jeopardized by the unfolding tension.
